As a Technical Advisor, you will support clients and partners in selecting the right products and best solutions. You will provide accurate technical guidance and ensure client satisfaction at every stage of the project.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical information to engineers, clients, and contractors.
- Participate in the selection and customization of solutions based on project needs.
- Ensure ongoing support to clients and partners throughout the project.
- Work closely with the production team to confirm the feasibility of proposed solutions.
- Train and advise partners on standards, best practices, and technical compliance for projects.
- Contribute to client retention and satisfaction through professional, proactive support.
Requirements
- Technical diploma or equivalent experience in fenestration, construction, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales, ideally in commercial fenestration.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Excellent communication and client-relationship skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and accessibly.
- Team-oriented, with strong follow-through and attention to detail.
